1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your registration for the ERA Success Seminar ("Event"). The Event is organised by BESPOKE Education Pte Ltd ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing this website or registering for the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms.

The Event is a free 2-hour seminar provided for educational and informational purposes only. There is no payment required to attend.
3. Eligibility
The Event is primarily intended for real estate professionals and individuals interested in joining the real estate industry. We reserve the right to accept or decline registrations.
4. Registration
When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to contact you via WhatsApp, SMS, email or phone regarding your registration and reminders about the Event.
5. Event Changes & Cancellation
We may, at any time, modify the Event date, time or format, or cancel the Event entirely. If changes occur, we will make reasonable effort to notify registered participants.
6. No Guarantees of Results
All examples, testimonials, or performance outcomes shared during the Event represent individual experiences. We do not guarantee results or earnings from applying strategies shared during the Event.
7. Intellectual Property
All content presented during the Event, including slides, videos, frameworks, and materials, belongs to BESPOKE Education Pte Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.
8. Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally. We reserve the right to remove any attendee who behaves disruptively or violates Event guidelines.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:
- attending the Event,
- acting on any information provided, or
- using this website.
10. Personal Data
By registering, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
